A LOOK AT

SEAPORT PETROLEUM

SeaPort Petroleum a Texaco Distributor was founded in 1948 as Collins Oil Company and has grown because of its dedication to customer service. Collins Oil Company was incorporated on April 1, 1972 as a U.S., Oregon Corporation.

Ten years later, on July 19, 1982, the company acquired Seattle based Huff Petroleum Co., also a Texaco distributor that had been in business for over 20 years. Though the Corporate name remains Collins Oil Co., the business names of both companies were changed to SeaPort Petroleum in 1983 to reflect the company's ability to serve the petroleum industry throughout the Pacific Northwest.

In 1994 SeaPort acquired Recycling Services, Inc. an on-site machine coolant recycling and destruct company. This service is provided to machine shops to provide coolant waste management. With our service, machine coolant life is increased from a few weeks to several months, even up to a year while at the same time increasing tool life and better control of machined parts. This service has enabled companies that were formerly having to manifest hazardous waste to now become waste free when combined with the Texaco family of machine coolants.

On February 15, 1999 SeaPort Petroleum became one of the first three distributors in the US to be certified by Texaco and Shell as a Premier Distributor. This certification gave us access to a much higher level of technical support, ability to send our technical staff to the same training that Texaco and Shell send their own technical support staff through, and the distinction associated with being in a very small group of companies that can directly interact with Texaco and Shell on their e-commerce platform.

Due to our advances in technology and fleet services, and with our relationships with other distributors and CFN, we now have the ability to expand our fleet services programs on a national basis. We can offer our fleet fueling services, tied in with CFN cardlock services and provide our customers with one bill for all of their fueling needs.

SeaPort is proud of its new modern warehouse and bulk oil facilities in Seattle, Washington. We currently have combined warehouse capacity of over 15,000 square feet and bulk lube oil storage in excess of 85,000 gallons. We also have bulk fuel storage terminals for gasoline and diesel fuel, commercial cardlock fueling sites and a Branded Texaco truck stop which includes a Texaco Starmart. This winning combination, and our abilities have helped us to obtain the levels of service expected as a Premier level distributor for the Seattle market.

In order to insure that we can "Serve the Customer", our truck fleet includes 3 truck and trailer transports, 5 solos, and 5 package trucks. Additionally we now have a modern fleet of New On-Site Fleet Fueling Trucks. These new trucks have the latest state of the art fueling and data capturing systems that allow us to fuel vehicles, control what fuel is dispensed, how much, when and where. Additionally, we can provide that data to our customers on the internet, by disk, or directly transferred into the customer's fleet management software.

We pride ourselves on the ability to serve all of our customers needs including the wholesale, fleet, industrial, commercial, retail, military, and marine classes of trade. We have a complete courteous and knowledgeable staff to assist our customers 24 hours a day with technical support, product testing, equipment and plant analysis, system trouble shooting, and lubrication system design.

Our sales and technical team is comprised of a staff of 3 people, with marketing and technical skills that have become the envy of our competition. We have not only the ability to meet the customer needs, but more importantly, the knowledge to solve any lubricant or fuel system problems that our customers might encounter. Our highly trained personnel have each over 15 years of lubrication experience, combined with annual technical training updates on the newest and latest technology in lubricants, lubrication systems, and additives. Our technical staff is currently certified by Texaco and Shell to provide STLE quality technical support.

SeaPort offers, free local delivery for orders over $150, waste machine tooling coolant pick-up and/or recycling and will arrange delivery to anywhere in the world. Fleet, equipment and dockside refueling, a Coast to Coast Cardlock Network, and on-site mobile fleet fueling are services that we currently provide. Custom bulk petroleum dispensing systems designed for maximum customer convenience and to minimize waste in a cost efficient and environmentally safe manner are available.

In order to solve the problems associated with transporting bulk lubricants overseas, we have introduced steel 400 gallon super drums, for customers that can return the containers for refilling, and for those who can not return the containers we supply 400 gallon disposable, collapsible shipping-approved containers. These methods have made the transportation of bulk lubricants not only more feasible, but are very cost effective in the remote domestic markets, and have proven especially effective in the foreign markets.

On September 1, 2001 SeaPort Petroleum sold it's Portland based operations to Don Thomas Petroleum in Portland, Oregon. With this change, we are now able to fully concentrate our marketing efforts on the Seattle Market Place.
